US immigration Policy-Putting kids of highly skilled workers at risk of deportation.

The much raging debate has been going on for long about the various immigration policies of the United States.Trump has been of varied views for long over the much on-going debates regarding the immigration policies.

 

There have continuously divided views as the debate over the immigrants.

How ever there have been another set of immigrants who can some in trouble that is there are the children of highly skilled professionals.

These are the children who have brought over by the parents,working in industries in tech and energy

Once they turn 21 they would have to leave the country unless their parents get a permanent residency and they are Green card holders.

But there is also a catch in this.

 

Due to some of the arbitrary limits,there have remained backlogs of workers and also limits on the Green card availability of a massive backlog of a lot of eligible families.

 

According to the Data provided by the Immigration Voice an advocacy group, there are about 250,000 to 350,000 children who are the risk of ageing out their parents visa coverage.And since they entered the country legally they cannot even qualify for the DACA protection.
